A daily watch, a slower score
Listings move. Files are heavy. The cron reads paginated official directories and stores a fingerprint. Partner-file enrichment stays quarterly or on change.
What the job reads
Official country listing pages on odoo.com. Name, public grade, partner id. Pagination included — the first page is not the directory.
What it does not do
It does not open a hundred partner files at dawn. That path is rate-limited and unnecessary when the listing hash is unchanged.
When France moves
If the French listing hash changes, the log records additions and removals against the published set. A human (or a later job) decides whether to refresh files and rebuild the ranking.
